The project is bounded by the North Bay, Bay View has a good vision and excellent harbor location; future will be set in one of the sea and air transportation hub in western Hainan, is outside the island a veritable tourist destination.

) q' _8 X6 G" E+ r 景观设计师提出了“一方水土，铭刻一种生活；一座庭院，传承一种梦想“的设计理念。项目以“一轴一水一院落”为构架，景观设计即以一条气势皇家中心轴线串联整个项目的功能体系；景观设计以一片灵动环绕的水系空间传递东南亚异域情怀；以一团绿色云端养生空间营造健康都市氧吧；通过“一片绿色，一串院落，一种体验”来营造“印象儋州，滨海风情的坊间情怀”，以打造一个独一无二的养生度假之所。
& m) y( S* V4 |5 ~" U) W$ P1 i- N 在整个项目的设计手法上，景观规划师从整体到局部进行了精心的规划设计。以皇家园林的手法，采用对称式景观空间形态，形成点、线、面相结合的住宅与别墅区景观,设计；根据建筑空间的布局，以水为元素贯穿整个景观轴线，串联起各个景观节点，形成有序的线性空间；强化空间的连续性，或开敞空旷，或隐蔽私密，让空间性质变得多样性，满足各种功能需求的同时丰富人行其中的空间感受。; t* M& O2 k( x
