本案从江南粉墙黛瓦的建筑意象中汲取灵感，从传统空间中提取精华，并进行现代化的演绎，意在打造一个集文化展示、艺术交流、公众教育、休闲娱乐为一体的文化艺术平台，为各方来客呈现独具魅力的地域风采，为当地民众营造包容开放的活动空间。
. W5 f: c* Z- } Y( L建筑、结构、室内、景观一体化设计，结构形式与建筑造型语汇及室内造型协调一致；周边的山体环境从不同标高接入至室内不同楼层，形成移步易景、且完整连续的感官体验。+ a4 q! Q7 l0 }+ Q( G' S
Inspired by the pink wall and black tile, which is a typical architectural vernacular of southern China area, the architects extract the traditional forms from local architecture and integrate them into a contemporary concert hall design. A mix-used cultural complex was created to provide a platform for cultural exhibition, art communication, public education, and recreation. It not only shows the unique local culture to the visitors to Suzhou, but also provides an active public realm to the citizens of the area.
