本项目为旭辉银盛泰集团在济南的首个铂悦系项目,定位为高端改善的专家级产品。项目规划有七栋11-26层高层住宅,总建筑面积约16万平方米。设计中梳理基地东西侧约3米地形高差,采用下沉庭院的手法衔接西侧沿街商业与东侧毗邻小区。立面设计采用现代时尚风格的手法与色彩,提升整盘调性。在小区主入口展示中心,设计再次向经典几何空间致敬。通过一道有力的斜线打破了矩形平面的平静,将空间解构,继而精心地再次重组。/ k5 W, N$ Y1 W* I: T
As the first BOYUE series from CIFI YST, the project is positioned as an expert product for upscale inprovement. The project is planned about 160,000 square meters of the total construction area for seven 11-26 storey high-rise residential buildings. Regarding to the 3 meter's terrain altitude difference between the east and west sides of the base, the way of sinking courtyard is successfully connected the commercial street on the west side with the adjacent community on the east side. Facade design adopts modern style of techniques and colors to enhance the tone of the whole project. When design comes to the display center at the main entrance, it pays homage once more to the classical geometric space that a strong diagonal line breaks the peace of the rectangular plane, the space is deconstructed, and then elaborately reorganized.0 Y9 k7 ^+ M2 }# g4 X2 p
