项目位于南京市秦淮区国家领军人才创业园（简称国创园）20#楼东侧，原本为第二机床厂的机加工车间，建于上世纪80年代。20#楼整体结构分为两部分：东侧为三层砖混结构，西侧为钢筋混凝土单层排架结构。原本东侧门厅为进入整个车间入口，巨大的铁门依然留存。2012年整栋楼改造为办公功能，东侧门厅成为物业办公室的入口空间。改造要求将门厅转化为商业，作为LOUNGE SUIT男装定制店展示空间，运营模式为预约制，整体氛围要求低调且有仪式感。6 y M0 C- l0 L6 E
改造空间约65平方米，位于20#楼建筑东、西不同结构体系交界面处。为了处理好工业尺度园区中堆砌废弃设备的消极空间，设计利用南北厂房之间的间隙创造新的办公流线（主要为园区物业办公），沿建筑南侧墙面，经过自然建造的小路到达二楼与三楼办公室。
4 i1 C8 ^# n3 ^2 g: x: C: l设计对原有门厅进行改造，将原本机械尺度的大门，压缩为适合人体尺度的入口空间。外露的洞石地面，挑高的走廊，让进入空间具有仪式感。
( z: ?4 }: j/ n2 T4 Q2 D由于结构体系不同，设计通过设计内部不同层高，体现空间属性不同。靠近街道处，橱窗空间设计层高2.1米，与入口廊道瘦长比例形成高度对比，强调内部空间具有人体尺度的舒适性。0 r# K7 u- u' k+ r8 }. N
The project is located in the east side of the 20 # building of the national leader in Nanjing Qinhuai District, which was originally a machine processing workshop of the second machine tool factory, built in the 1980s.
8 D! ~% J: J; r6 L. e6 h/ ^$ g! @The overall structure of the 20 # floor is divided into two parts: the east side is the three-layer brick-concrete structure, and the west side is a single-layer arrangement structure of reinforced concrete. Originally the east side hall is entry into the entire workshop, huge iron gate still remains. In 2012, the finch building was transformed into office features, and the east side hall became the entrance space of the property office. Reconstruction requires transformation of the hall to commercial, as a space for the Lounge Suit Clothing store. The operation mode is reservation system, and the overall atmosphere requires low-key and a sense of ceremony., }9 ~9 a& |; M: X4 X- C
The renovation space is about 65 square meters, located in the crossover of different structural systems on the side of the 20 # t. In order to deal with the negative space of the stacked abandoned equipment in the industrial scale park ,the design team use the gap between the North and South factory, created a new office streamline (mainly the park property office). Along the south side of the construction, through the naturally built small road people can arrive on the second floor and the third floor office.% g. X) M" [1 U$ z8 F' j
Recovered the original hall, compresses the door of the original mechanical scale into the entrance space suitable for the human scale. The exposed cave ground, the deep and tall corridor, created the feeling of entering the ceremony.; L9 b3 G& R6 f4 ?' b2 j
Due to the different structural systems, the internal layer has also significantly different. Close to the street, the window space is 2.1 meters high, forming a high degree of contrast with the inlet corridor, emphasizing the comfort of the internal space.! ]0 B9 q7 C! l8 d

( V( q) r4 E/ n入口墙面上定制的艺术装置，硬朗的金属骨架配上细腻的砂岩外衣，由黑色渐渐过渡至珍珠灰，宛若一位身着黑色西服的绅士，谦逊有礼的引导着来往的客人，步入室内空间。
