该项目位于里昂第七区的南部。该项目由三栋平行的五层楼组成，从北到南长度逐渐增加。主要立面坐北朝南。朝南通过大型连续遮阳板保护免受太阳辐射，朝北的立面不会受太阳的暴晒，因此该项目避免了太阳辐射对室内环境的影响。这座办公楼是一个完全灵活的项目，平面设计确保布局最大的自由度。垂直环形通道被减少到最小面积，消防安全楼梯以凸出的人字形设置在东墙外，与外部楼梯平台结合，构成了项目中一个重复的、非常重要的建筑形象主题，体现出了建筑造型的设计理念?——“沟通”概念。
The project is located in the south of Lyon's seventh district. The project consists of three parallel five storey buildings, with a gradual increase in length from north to south. The main facade faces south. The south facing facade is protected from solar radiation through a large continuous sunshade, and the north facing facade will not be exposed to the sun. Therefore, the project avoids the impact of solar radiation on the indoor environment. The office building is a completely flexible project, and the graphic design ensures maximum freedom of layout. The vertical circular passage is reduced to the minimum area, and the fire safety staircase is set outside the east wall in a protruding herringbone shape, which is combined with the external stair platform to form a repeated and very important architectural image theme in the project, reflecting the design concept of architectural modeling - "communication" concept.
