项目所在地达美中心矗立于CBD东扩区域，地理位置优越，却也多了都市喧嚣。意欲成为以“创意”为核心竞争力的影视行业中“头部团队”的壹同制作，想象自己的办公环境：“中西合并兼容并序下凸显一个禅字”，业主喜爱”佛教”文化，以儒释道思想哲学为核心，强调融自我和万物为一体，从而获得灵魂的适意。因此在设计上我们用建筑的构造语言从功能出发，联结文化，获取自然的力量，于都市繁华中创造一处宁静之所，一个悠然的城市绿洲。
Located in Damei Center within the eastern expansion area of Beijing's CBD, the project enjoys a superior geographical location, but is also amidst the urban hustle and bustle. The client, AS ONE PRODUCTION STUDIO, which aspires to be a leading team in the film and television sector by taking creativity as the core competitiveness, wants an office environment that “highlights Zen under the compatible integration of Chinese and western elements”. The client is passionate about the Culture of Buddhism, refers to the philosophy of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism as the core values, and emphasizes the integration of self and all things to gain inner peace.
In response, the designers approached the office design by adopting architectural construction languages. Starting from functions, the team connected the space with culture and extracted the power of nature to create a tranquil and leisurely “urban oasis”.
