YongWei Muse Park - A living shopping space
Located in the CBD area of Zhengzhou city, a commercial and business area. It is not a lively entertainment center, but is surrounded by lake views and parks. The relative population density is low.
There is a park opposite to Muse Park. Taking advantage of this geographical condition, the shopping mall and the park are integrated, which is called Muse Park. People who live here or work in this area can get closer to the park while shopping in the mall.
We believe that this mall can bring a better quality of life to the residents of Zhengzhou and establish a new life attitude. In the past, shopping experience was mostly in a bustling environment with a wide range of goods, but what the Muse Park hopes to bring to the people is a more life-like environment, comfortable, relax and peaceful when shopping in the mall. The elegant shopping experience could improve their quality of life, rather than venting purchases with an irritable mentality.
When entering the first floor of the building, there is a wide stair leads people to the lower ground floor. The building looks higher and it also increases the utilization rate of the lower floor. In the atrium, the skylight from the transparent roof makes the indoor light more natural and comfortable; the wooden grid structures in the building make people feel like they are in a super huge cabin. Many large plants are planted indoors to bring the visual image of the park; pools and waterfalls are made to make the sound of water surround the space; there are connecting escalators and bridges between floors; the cinema is like being in a cave. The forests, running water, bridges, and caves enriches the space and also created an image of a park, allowing people to relax, eat and shop in a good mood, and improve the quality of life.
Simplicity and reality make this space more vital. Many building structures are exposed and not deliberately hidden, and the selection of materials is simplified without pretentiousness. The floors from the underground parking lot to the top floor are all made of terrazzo. A large number of wooden grilles, veneer-coated aluminum strips, and even cement are used. The transparent glass is used at the roof to let the sunlight enter the room. Large amount plants are the best visual embellishment, and the sound of the waterfall is the most pleasing natural sound effect.
