重庆壹江郡项目由3个地块组成，分为2个住宅用地和一个商业用地，总用地22万平方米。本次建成为二期住宅地块，用地8.4万平方米，容积率1.2，总建筑面积10万平方米。
项目立意在重构重庆的一份记忆，力图通过自然与艺术交织，传统与现代共生，体现大山大水的重庆地景特征和人文情怀。尊重原有场地关系，结合自然景观及人为造景的方式，更好地让景观自然的融入到小区之中，在原有场地的基础上，更自然的呈现现有的建筑体量。
项目整体背山面水，临江面地势较低，东侧位置较高，东西高差达到将近50米，形成的独特的观江景观视野，位置优越，是打造品质人居的理想之地。
独栋地块毗邻嘉陵江，而地块边缘是与江物理距离最近的地方，前端无建筑遮挡，可谓与自然亲密接触。选址用心，用含蓄内敛的气质，不显山，不露水，着力营造一种和平，宁静，家的感觉。七个独栋单体的落成，非刻意为之，但又水到渠成。把独一无二的风景与杰出的设计结合，建造环境友好又具有高度审美的私邸必然大有可为。充分借用周遭环境要素，不做过多的修饰，用简洁但高品质的手法设计有现代舒适感的居住空间。
This case consists of three plots, divided into two residential land and one commercial land, with a total land area of 220000 square meters. The project will be built into phase II residential plot, with a land area of 84000 square meters, a plot ratio of 1.2 and a total construction area of 100000 square meters.
The purpose of the project is to reconstruct a memory of Chongqing, trying to reflect the landscape characteristics and humanistic feelings of Chongqing through the interweaving of nature and art and the symbiosis of tradition and modernity. Respect the original site relationship, combine the natural landscape and man-made landscape, better integrate the landscape into the community, and present the existing building volume more naturally on the basis of the original site.
As a whole, the project backs the mountain and faces the water, faces the river with low terrain, high position in the East, and the elevation difference between East and West reaches nearly 50m. It forms a unique River viewing landscape vision and superior location, which is an ideal place to build high-quality human settlements.
The single family plot is adjacent to the Jialing River, and the edge of the plot is the closest to the river physically. There is no building shelter at the front end, which can be described as close contact with nature. Site selection is careful, with an implicit and restrained temperament, without mountains and dew, and strive to create a feeling of peace, tranquility and home. The completion of seven single family buildings was not intentional, but it came naturally. Combining the unique scenery with outstanding design to build an environment-friendly and highly aesthetic private residence is bound to be promising. Fully borrow the surrounding environmental elements, do not do too much decoration, and use simple but high-quality methods to design a modern comfortable living space.
