上海芒果广场位于上海市徐汇滨江西岸传媒港沿江一线，是湖南广电联合电广、三湘共同倾力打造的具有文化智慧、科技智能、生活智趣的智娱广场。总体规划延续传媒港九宫格地块立体多维度连接，强化二层公共平台，将西侧地铁站及未来的沿江娱乐区域相连接的整体理念。建筑沿着南侧道路设置尺度宜人的两层商业，布置零售与餐饮功能，同时与B1的商业相互连通。向外定义城市界面，向内围合公共空间，所有区域一二层和地下商业层都可通过景观大台阶和垂直都市交通核相连接，更让人有置身于高品质公共空间的感受。另外，两栋分别为60米和100米高的办公塔楼及以演艺媒体为主体功能的单体小建筑Micity的注入，结合沿街二层精致商业体量共同构成一个多重体验空间建筑群落。
! b$ s- v9 t- G( p' v, n" ]Mangoohub is located in West Bund Media city, Xuhui district, Shanghai, China. It is housed in what is known as the office of Hunan TV Channel in Shanghai, situated at the north-east end of the Media City, with a direct view to Huangpu River from 3 sides of the building. It is also located in close proximity to the Dream Center site which was planned as a F&B, retail, theaters and entertainment destination.
* N$ O3 [, `! w, P( i9 H! {The idea was based on establishing a perfect compromise between the need for flexibility and the desire of precise and consistent response to the scientific content of commercial building itself. In this case, we created a retail street with 2 levels on the south side which defines the retail atmosphere together with south plot and weaves the public space of ground floor with the adjacent texture and context. The first floor also can be linked into the level 2 pedestrian bridge route which was planned for the whole nine plots of Media City. A big staircase with planting and landscape performs as an amphi-theatre which connects 2 levels tightly.
$ S0 t* z/ _3 y3 l2 x0 ^Office use was split into 2 buildings and placed at the north side of the site, sharing a drop-off plaza in between. We reduced the east tower to 60 meters in order to maximize the river view of west tower which is 100m high." |7 r; U5 l. o7 c. C8 L
A 40 meters volume is carefully designed as the portal of the complex from the east side with 11 meters height. Above it is a mix-used flexible box which can be temporarily used as a media news and broadcasting center, art exhibition, etc3 s4 l2 c- S+ O3 o/ f/ D4 l* k
