湖境云庐位于杭州未来科技城核心地带，由27幢多层住宅组成，分为402个复式叠墅单元，包含从180.0㎡到250.0㎡的多种高品质户型。
项目整体规划强调向心力与仪式感，通过一系列院落串联多层住宅组团，借助基地西、南两侧的水系和沿河步道创造丰富差异性，形成收放有致的社区空间。建筑单体采用简洁的形体关系，以一种结构性立面，将住宅的内部空间、设备空间、立面形式整合在统一的秩序之下。横向连续的阳台以玻璃为主材，结合朝南二开间全落地窗立面，带来充分的自然光线和景观，在平面上拉近了自然环境与人居空间的联系。建筑外墙采用浅色石材和灰色铝型材，辅以暖色的木纹转印铝型材，细节丰富而和谐，使建筑以平和而细腻的语言参与未来城市的整体表达。
Located in the core area of Zhejiang Overseas High-level Talents Innovation Park at Hangzhou, the Oriental Villa consists of 27 multi-storey houses, divided into 402 double-villa units, including a variety of high-quality units from 180 to 250 square meters.
The overall planning of the project emphasizes a kind of centripetal force and ritual sense. Through a series of courtyards connected with the multi-storey residential cluster, the designer creates a rich diversity with the help of the water system on the west and south sides of the site and the promenade along the canal, forming an ordered and tasteful community space with proper measurement. The building unit adopts a simple physical relationship, and integrates the interior space, equipment space and facade form of the residence under a unified order with a structural facade. The horizontally continuous balconies are mainly made of glass, combined with the facade of French Windows in the two south-facing rooms, bringing sufficient natural light and landscape, which draws closer the connection between natural environment and living space on the plane. The exterior walls of the building are made of light-colored stone and gray aluminum profiles, supplemented by warm-colored wood grain transfer aluminum profiles. The details are rich and harmonious, making the building participate in the overall expression of the future city with a peaceful and delicate language.
