【设计理念】
1、韧性设计融入景观规划
韧性景观的可持续性主要可以从生态要素和社会要素两个方面,细分出自然环境、人工环境、人文服务和经济管理四个要素。韧性景观理念试图在一定程度上填补当前在景观方面的不足,提高滨海公园景观设计的前瞻性和科学性。景观韧性是一个生态系统,在不确定环境中和外力冲击下自我适应、自我修复和自我健全的能力。滨海公园景观是滨海城市生态系统的重要组成部分,运用韧性理念利用资源,使滨海公园景观长期效益最大化
项目通过设计问卷和实地调研,分析当前滨海公园面临的困境,归纳人群使用滨海公园的需求。通过深入分析和滨海公园的环境状况,将其分为自然生态旅游景观、休闲娱乐景观、历史人文景观类型。完成了滨海公园整体研究框架,为其他城市滨海公园提供了可参考的理论与应用基础。
2、滨海景观修复与改造
项目在城市更新建设大背景下,结合滨海湿地生态修复与可持续景观与居民的活动需求,建设新型海岸公园的思路,实现旅游效益、生态效益与社会效益共赢。
3、弹性景观理念
自然灾害对滨海绿地的破坏加剧,在此背景下,通过已经成熟的弹性景观设计、可持续景观、海绵城市等概念。通过公众参与、案例研究及实地调查分析出滨海公园的概念、特征及现状问题。提出了“模块—维度—网络”为框架的基于弹性景观设计理念下的滨海公园初步设计策略,从模块、维度、网络三个角度推出相应的初步设计图纸。多次现场考察,对公园的多次整改情况、公园受损情况和项目现状问题进行整理与分析,进行优化补充,得出更加完善、具备落地性的滨海公园设计策略。
Under the background of urban renewal and construction, the project combines the ecological restoration of coastal wetlands with sustainable landscape and the activity needs of residents, and the idea of building a new type of marine park to achieve a win-win situation of tourism benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits.
Natural disasters have intensified the destruction of coastal green space. In this context, the concepts of elastic landscape design, sustainable landscape, and sponge city have been adopted. Through public participation, case studies and field investigations, the concept, characteristics and current situation of coastal parks are analyzed. The preliminary design strategy of Binhai Park based on the concept of elastic landscape design under the framework of "module-dimension-network" is proposed, and the corresponding preliminary design drawings are released from three perspectives of module, dimension and network. After several on-site inspections, the rectification situation of the park, the damage situation of the park and the status quo of the project were sorted out and analyzed, and optimized and supplemented, a more complete and practical coastal park design strategy was obtained.
