该项目位于北京昌平区,隶属于北京科技商务区,同时也是总体规划发展的第一阶段。景观占地面积约为60000平方米。景观由三个不同区域或特征区域组成以满足不同规划项目的需求：商业/零售、中央公园以及住宅区。商业/零售区包含总部周边景观、办公室庭院花园、奎北路大道和生态区。该生态区位于项目北边，是具有生态功能的线型景观，能收集并吸收项目排出的雨水。$ y- l5 R; p) S4 \* V

) q' p5 f1 q, F- c) F; W该生态区位于项目北边，是具有生态功能的线型景观，能收集并吸收项目排出的雨水。既为游人闲坐散步提供了便利，又为艺术性通道结构创造了空间，使其能够将游人领向绿化中心。游客可以坐着享受阳光，亦可以舒服地躺在躺椅上，这些躺椅的选址颇为考究，从而确保都能享受到明媚的阳光。中央水景吹来的阵阵清风使这片胜地宛如都市中的大气层。, |! v0 E- s; N. s

The commercial / retail area includes the headquarters landscape, the office courtyard garden, the Kui North Road and the ecological area.! q9 ]- Z/ {) |) X8 s1 D4 s" C
: j& g5 ^6 D; M) J# C- C. a# JLocated in the north of the project, the ecological zone is a linear landscape with ecological functions, which can collect and absorb rainwater from the project. Both for visitors to take a walk to provide a convenient, but also for the artistic channel structure to create a space, so that visitors can lead green center. Visitors can sit and enjoy the sun, can also be comfortable lying on the couch, the chair's location is quite elegant, so as to ensure that can enjoy the bright sunshine.
