天津是中国二线城市里的宜居城市。天津合畅园居住区景观规划设计项目位于天津新兴中央商务区，这个居住区景观规划设计项目为滨河提供了一个集居住、逛街和工作于一体的活力社区。天津合畅园居住区景观规划设计项目主要由中层、高层住宅和别墅组成，居住区内一系列花园设计为其增添了一抹丰富的色彩。

在景观设计过程中，我们充分考虑了光照、风向等自然因素对户外场所和选点进行考量，旨在为人们特别是孩童创造舒适的户外娱乐休闲空间。为了满足所有年龄段居民要求，居住区内一个拥有社区聚集场所、夏日音乐会以及其他娱乐活动的中央公园应运而生，服务于附近的近50座住宅塔楼。

设计评估:
   1.天津合畅园居住区景观规划设计项目坐落在政府建设的滨水公园旁，旨在为居民带来健康生活方式。另外一边则有饭店、酒吧以及其他商铺为居民生活提供便利。
   2.居住区内花园用水仅来自于自然降水和极少量的人工灌溉，帮助节水。
   3.居住区的人居舒适度研究确保了景观设计在全年都能为居民带来舒适体验，特别是炎炎夏日。
   4.居住区内植被多样性设计为一年四季景色增光。

Repulse Bay is part of an emerging central business district, creating a livable community in Tianjin, one of China’s most desirable second tiered cities. Adjacent to a river park, Repulse Bay is quickly becoming the place to live, shop and work in the region. Shaped by high and mid-rise residential towers and exclusive villas, the project offers a range of gardens and garden courtyards for its residents to use and enjoy. Climate conditions, such as wind, sun and shade were considered in the design of the gardens and these factors have become the major force in determining the best location of the outdoor amenities such as children’s playgrounds, recreation and leisure activities.To meet all the needs of the residents, there’s a variety of gardens highlighted by the central park which is a place for community gathering, summer concerts and casual recreation for the nearly 50 residential towers nearby.
On one side, the project is bordered by a riverfront park built by the government to offer a heather lifestyle in this emerging district. On the other side, the project is border by a new retail village, providing restaurants, bars and general merchandise for the residents and workers of Repulse Bay.
The garden mainly relies on natural rainfall and limited hand water to sustain the plants, thus helping to conserve water.
A human comfort study was completed to determine where to locate garden features and activities so people could be comfortable year round but especially during the warmer summer months.
A variety of seasonal and indigenous plants were used to create visual interest year round.
