一海城是深圳盐田的一个混合型开发社区。一海城作为香港和深圳之间的新崛起的港口滨水中心，依山傍水，包含购物、办公、酒店、住宅以及一个大型中央公园。一海城屋顶花园景观规划设计项目的设计灵感来源于周边的山水景色，这些屋顶花园不仅为住宅社区提供了优质花园，更为享受这海天一色群山美景提供了可能。尽管这些屋顶花园都很小，但是设计要求纳入多样社区活动空间，使用者身在其中不觉窄小。比如在屋顶的无边界泳池里可以看到户外景色以及大海，从而拓展视野和空间感；另一个社区景观亭运用传统竹子结构搭建起现在风格，供居民交流，聚餐和其他社区活动组织。8 Z; e8 v# Q( k) m

1.阳光阴影和风向研究使屋顶花园景观设计充分利用自然条件创造户外舒适空间，特别是夏季炎热潮湿的季节为人们带来凉爽。
% c: Q" B q- O; B) q6 \, u2.在狭小的屋顶户外空间，景观设计为居民提供了一些列城市活动空间：（1）视野良好、休息区与景观交相呼应的办公休憩花园；（2）标志性茶亭；（3）篮球场；（4）四个乒乓球桌和台球桌，均有遮蔽空间；（5）流动水景；（6）儿童活动场；（7）方便的座椅设施；（8）休憩草坪；（9）休闲步道；（10）游泳以及SPA设施。

One City is a mixed-use complex located in Yantian, an emerging coastal center between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Overlooking the ocean with the Hong Kong Territories beyond, this waterfront development offers shopping, offices, a hotel, a large central park and variety of residential units that take advantage of the scenic views of the ocean and mountainous coastline. Inspired by the water and forested lands nearby, each residential amenity deck provides lush gardens to help screen undesirable old residential buildings that are adjacent to the site and to help frame views to scenic mountain tops and islands off the coastline.
" E( W7 S' W; n$ |+ m: zWhile the amenity decks are small in scale, they needed to feel big by providing a range of amenities that had strong visual connections to the surrounding scenery. In one case, an infinity pool cantilevers over the ground level allowing people in the pool to feel visually connected to the ocean waterfront nearby. Another amenity deck has an iconic pavilion inspired by traditional bamboo structures which creates a shaded clubhouse for residents to use for gatherings, dinner parties and other special occasions.
