   住宅区景观设计同建筑风格相呼应，充满着浓郁的装饰艺术气息。居住区内的两条景观主轴线连接起整个地块，并形成一个景观中心点。而周边的庭院成为不同的花园空间，满足住户的需要。

住宅商业区景观设计灵感来源于海洋文化,景观的视觉焦点来自一排扇形特色铺装纹理，如同项链的钻石吊坠一般。扇形图案的铺地成排而设，通过重复、对称的手法，使得几何图案变得丰富有趣而带有装饰性，营造华丽、繁华的商业气氛。
