北京大兴高档住宅社区配套社区公园景观设计项目位于北京大兴区庞各庄的一块社区代征绿地，其原址为高尔夫球场的外围防护绿地，场地内成行种植的速生白杨和刺槐等乔木，十分有利于此地社区公园的建设。作为社区配套公园，其前期还需承担售楼示范区的功能。经过与业主方的充分沟通交流，该社区公园景观设计项目弱化了常规示范区设计中对于视觉体验的要求，确定公园以居住功能为主导，用健康运动为项目销售服务的设计逻辑。所以在此理念的指导下，景观设计师希望尽可能保留现有树木，并将社区功能融入其中。

社区公园景观设计项目用地东西长354米，南北宽82米，内部平缓无地形起伏，原生树种为防护林性质，基本为行列种植且树林间长满了丛生杂树。景观设计师通过功能和动线分析并结合现场实地测量和梳理，以蜿蜒快慢跑道将林带串联，并通过高低起伏的地形设计，对视线和活动进行引导，形成线性、动感、活泼的环状公园。
通过对社区公园活动分析，儿童自行车、轮滑和成人慢跑为其主要功能形式，设计2.5米宽沥青道路和1.5米的塑胶跑道两种路线，在地形和树林中穿插，分分合合，营造林间穿梭的自然趣味。
社区公园自行车环线总长约400米，为实现其使用的便捷性和形式的多样性，在南北向设置两处连接动线，一处为静谧的贴地林间木栈道，一处为活泼的起伏彩虹木栈桥。结合成行的南北向毛白杨现状，以“之”字形布局将栈道灵活穿插其中，高大的杨树与低矮的栈道形成丰富的空间关系。

公园场地中央原为杂乱灌木丛，移除后形成一大片开阔草坪区域，布置“Y”形木栈桥连接南北，栈桥的曲线高差丰富了场地空间关系和层次，其色彩变换也给北京的萧瑟冬季增加无穷的趣味。
为满足社区以家庭为单位的活动需求，景观设计师在高大杨树间环形散布“U”型廊架，让树林成为廊架画框中的风景。廊架不同的朝向也为业主创造了私密家庭与公共社交的无限可能。
在示范区的景观设计过程中，希望景观设计师能更多的在设计中关注未来业主居住的使用需求，而不是仅仅追求短时间内的销售展示价值。善于挖掘现场资源，服务未来业主使用需求，也许应该成为地产设计的一个思考方向。

The project is located in an expropriated green-land in Beijing Daxing Panggezhuang, where used to be the peripheral protective green space of a golf course. Poplar and locust line on the site, which provides a good condition for the construction of community park. As a community park, the site has the function of the sales demonstration area at an earlier stage. After a deep exchange with the owner, we weakened the requirements for its visual experience. The design logic of the park is based on the living function, and the health campaign is used as the project sales service. Under the guidance of this concept, we hope to retain the existing trees as much as possible and integrate the community functions into it.
The project site is 354 meters long from east to west and 82 meters wide from north to south. It’s very gentle, no undulating. The primary tree species in the site are shelter-forest, which are basically planted in the rows, and the other mixed trees are scattered among them. After the function analysis and the circulation analysis, combine with the field measurement and the carding of the site, we use the sinuous fast track and jogging track to connect the forest belt, and guide the line of sight and activities through the terrain design, to form a linear, dynamic and lively circular park.
After analysis, we know that children’s bicycles, roller skating and adult jogging are the main activities of community parks. So we designed 2 kinds of roads, 2.5m wide asphalt road and 1.5m wide plastic runway, through the terrain and trees, separation and integration, which creates the natural interest by shuttling between the forest.
The loop line of the park is about 400 meters long. For the convenience and diversity, there are 2 roads connecting north and south, one is a quiet wooden trestle on the ground, and the other is a lively undulating rainbow timber trestle bridge. A zigzag plank road is placed in the rows of white poplar. The tall poplar and the low road form a rich spatial relationship.
