Fragrant Seasons West District香悦四季西区户外公共空间景观设计
香悦四季户外公共空间景观设计项目坐落在北京顺义区，这个户外公共空间作为混合开发区，为居民、工作者和购物者提供了优质户外空间场所，旨在提供满足不同年龄阶层人群户外活动需求，特别是年轻家庭。Located in the Shunyi District, one of Beijing’s most desirable outlying neighborhoods, Fragrant Seasons is a mixed use community that provides gardens and outdoor amenities for residents, office workers and shoppers to enjoy. The outdoor amenities and gardens consider the diverse need of different age groups including the young families who’ll predominately live and work here.
户外公共空间景观设计项目采用古典欧式风格，对称轴线和线性景观大道的应用将园区分成不同区域。公共空间中的每个花园风格迥异，从抬升花园到下沉广场和儿童活动场不一而足。景观设计项目中央是主要用于集会和大型活动的中央公园，服务于近30个中高层住宅塔楼、42栋别墅以及三栋商业塔楼。此公园主要由对称花园、儿童活动场、户外锻炼场以及雕塑花园组成，是整个户外公共空间的标志性节点。
The gardens are reminiscent of historic European parterre gardens with large linear promenades, geometric garden courts and layered formal plants. Each garden provides a different scale and offering, ranging from elevated plazas to sunken gardens to formal children’s playgrounds. At the geographical center of the project is a large people’s park which is the main gathering and event space for the nearly 30 mid/ high-rise residential towers, 42 residential villas and three commercial towers that are in the project. This park incorporates formal gardens, children’s playgrounds, recreational fitness equipment and a sculpture garden, making it the visual icon for this new community.
景观设计评估：
香悦四季西区户外公共空间景观设计项目为人们提供多种用途，以及健康生活工作方式。
公共空间景观花园灌溉仅依靠自然降水和少量人工灌溉，帮助节水。
户外舒适度研究为花园选点和人们全年户外舒适活动提供了保证。
公共空间丰富的植被设计使项目在一年四季感受不同景致。
中央公园作为这个公共空间场所最大活动场地为周边居民提供活动场所，也可对外开放。
The project offers mixed uses, allowing people to live and work and lead healthier lives.
The garden mainly relies on natural rainfall and limited hand water to sustain the plants, thus helping to conserve water.
A human comfort study was completed to determine where to locate garden features and activities so people could be comfortable year round.
A variety of seasonal and indigenous plants were used to create visual interest year round.
The central park is a community amenity for the larger surrounding district and its meant to be publically accessible.
